Introduction to drip moulding

The drip moulding process originated in Germany and was developed in Japan in the 70’s. It was mainly produced in Korea in the 80’s and slowly moved to mainland China in the mid 90’s.

It is a mixture of different coloured paste resins that are dripped into aluminium or silicone molds. By heating to over 170°C, the PVC paste resin reacts chemically with DOP and other lipids to produce a solid, colourful, three-dimensional product.

The manual dispensing link is changed to automatic dispensing by machine. The power of technology is used to maximize  production efficiency and increase the output rate.
