In the video, the first step is to drip logo text or pattern details in the mold with the automatic dripping machine, then the mold will go through the upper layer of the double-decked energy saving oven, which will shape the liquid PVC material by heating, then falling to the cooling table to solid the shape before the mold moved to the base material dripping machine, which will fill the base part of the label, logo or patches.
Finally the mold filled with PVC base material will travel through the down layer of the oven and baked to shape, then drop into the water tank for cooling and forming the final shape.
Last step is to get the finished PVC labels, pathes out of the mold.
